                                                              IRON MAN

Iron Man is a comic character from Marvel Comics. His secret identity is that of the entrepreneur and millionaire Anthony Edward "Tony" Stark. It was created in 1963 by Stan Lee, Don Heck to design the drawings, his first publication was in Tales of Suspense # 39 and was published in Brazil in the TV Heroes # 100.
As Tony Stark, Iron Man is a genius of automation engineering. Never lacked money for their projects because inherited wealth and enterprise of his father at age 21, when he died in an accident. Given their youth, created for himself a reputation as a millionaire playboy. These features were inspired by the real-life American millionaire Howard Hughes.

During the Vietnam War, Tony Stark took the opportunity to improve U.S. weapons and expand your fortune. On his first visit to Vietnam just accidentally triggering a trap! Luckily, he survived, but the shrapnel bomb hit his heart. The Viet Cong had captured and was taken to the leader Wong Chu. Stark was on the verge of death and Wong Chu forced him to create a powerful weapon, after promising that he would be operated from shattering.
Tony decided to obey, but did not create a weapon, but something to keep him alive and allowed to defeat the Vietcong. Arrested with him was another genius, Professor Yin Sen. Stark revealed his plan to the teacher, and Yin Sen helped build the armor keeping him alive. Invented first, a special suit, an exoskeleton superequipado built to escape from a Viet Cong prison camp, where he was arrested.
To disguise the escape, the scientist who became a friend of Stark distract others, and eventually shot! At least Stark escaped. Wong Chu tried to escape, but the Iron Man set fire to shed ammunition causing the explosion killed him and the prisoners were freed.
Early versions of the armor was much more rude, and gray with little anatomical traits, had a magnetic generator that kept the shrapnel grenade away from the heart of Stark. But the only problem would be solved completely with a heart transplant. Since then Stark developed new versions of his armor, and adopted the colors red and gold armor as standard. With the costume increasingly perfected, Tony Stark has been acting as a superhero, fighting all sorts of enemies of the United States. Earlier in his performances, and no one suspected, Stark spread the rumor that Iron Man was his bodyguard.
In the original Tony Stark worked with the U.S. military, developing weapons and machinery intended to confrontations of the Cold War. His enemies were frequent Communists (Russian, Asian or Latin American), facing as Iron Man technology as rivals Dynamo Red (or Scarlet) and the first Titanium Man, spies or special as the Black Widow and the Spy Master. Panned at the time of the reaction to the Vietnam War, anticommunist softened his stance.

The Iron Man tbém is one of the founders of the Avengers alongside Thor, Hulk, Wasp and Ant Man. Despite being a hero without powers themselves, their courage, intelligence, and equipment make it one of the most powerful of the Avengers. Anthony Stark himself also has a very important role in the Avengers, because it will finance part of the team's resources and provides the technology you need, such as jets and ships. Even a close friend of Captain America, which came after the group.
The armor worn in the Cave (maximum security prison for super-villains) are also creations of Stark. Among the enemies of the Avenger stand out from the Mandarin, Dr. Doom, Scarlet Dynamo, the ancient dragon Fin Fang Foom (what a strange name!), IMA, and Hydra.

In the most recent stories, Stark was bankrupted by a rival named Obadiah Stane (creator armor Iron Monk), which led to an emotional breakdown and problems with alcoholism. He had to leave the identity of Iron Man, transferring it to one of its employees, the former soldier James Rhodes.
Stark recovered financially by creating a new company, Circuits Maximus, but while reerguia, Rhodes remained in control of the costume. With time Rhodes was becoming increasingly aggressive, bordering on madness. The reason for this was the costume be calibrated to work together with the mind of Tony Stark. After saving Rhodes and defeat Stane, Tony decided to devote himself to destroy all the costumes based combat her for being too dangerous. This persecution of cyber villains had a tragic conclusion when Stark, alongside the Black Widow and a new Scarlet Dynamo - the Russian military Valentin Shatalov - faced deranged original Titanium Man (Boris Bullski). Outraged with Russia, he fled a military base and tried to kill Tony Stark during an inauguration ceremony of a factory Stark on Russian soil.
The constant use of the Iron Man suit was destroying the nervous system of Tony Stark. Weakened and, later, a paraplegic after being shot by a crazed ex-lover, Stark could not fight in person and had to develop a version of the Iron Man suit manageable distance. When this version proved to be not enough before a particular threat, Stark produced a new armor, more powerful that came to be called the Battle Machine. This was more efficient against its enemies but had the same effects as their ancient armor about your health. Much later, Stark regained mobility after leg - literally - to require the use in itself a revolutionary biochip.
Stark decided to fake his death and put hisself in suspended animation while recovering. Rhodes, who was not warned about this plan, took charge of Stark Enterprises and the Machine Battle. When Stark reappeared cured, Rhodes was furious that he had cheated him and other friends and left, taking with it the Battle Machine. Rhodes has been acting sporadically using the Costume Battle Machine.
Tony Stark has no power beyond his great intellect, but his costume has several tech gadgets. The armor is testimony to the genius of its creator. It is made of metal mesh, and stiffened by a magnetic field. Generally, it is stored in the briefcase of Stark, in a secret compartment. It has various equipment (navigation computer, various kinds of sensors, lighting systems, emitting electromagnetic pulse, sonar, sonic disruptor, magazines oxygen supply), among many other paraphernalia. Most of these skills was not present in the original costume Iron Man, dated 1963.
After injection of the virus Extremis, Tony Stark has won several new powers: strength and superhuman speed, and each 'upgrades' he did it now he can plug into any network, including satellite, cellular, etc.. ie, it 'sees' with the same accuracy of a satellite.

TBBT - Andressa e Giovanna

The Big Bang Theory is an American sitcom created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady. It premiered on CBS on September 24, 2007.
The show is centered on five characters: Sheldon, Penny,  Leonard, Howard and Raj .

Sheldon: theoretical physicist with a doctorate in Theory "M", or string theory, is the best friend, roommate and work of Leonard. Sheldon is a striking character due to her various moods, which can be considered symptoms of Asperger's Syndrome.

Leonard: the character is wiser and more understand life outside of scientific circles, even if it does not help much in your social life. Why live with Sheldon, he had to adapt to the strange quirks and sometimes annoying friend.

Penny: is beautiful neighbor Sheldon and Leonard. Coveted by all characters (except Sheldon), she had a few encounters with Leonard in the second season, but were not successful. Dreams of being an "actress / singer." Penny is quite skilled in social graces, which contrasts well with the style of the nerds.

Howard: it is the only one of four friends who do not have doctorates, because it has "only" master's degree in engineering. He works in the field of space engineering and lives with her mother, who only listens to the voice and always blaring. Womanizer, and always giving sung, it is a real failure in relationships. In the middle of the season he began a relationship with a friend of Penny called Bernadette, married her at the end of the season on the eve of going to space. Bernadette has a doctorate in biology, which leaves Howard even more inferior.

Bernadette: she began as a recurring character from serious and since season 4 became part of the main cast. She is originally a waitress and co-worker of Penny in the Cheesecake Factory to pay for their graduate studies in microbiology. She manages to maintain a near normal relationship with his mother. She looks like a frail woman, except when angry and his voice and mannerisms are very similar to Howard's mother.

Raj: is the best friend of Howard, PhD in astrophysics and also works in the department of physics at Caltech. Originating in India, Raj can not talk to women, unless they are under the influence of any alcoholic beverage, specifically a drink called Grasshopper. Even drunk, his advances are often deplorable.

Amy: in the last episode of the third season, Howard and Raj Sheldon enroll in a program of internet dating, which promised "The perfect match for anyone." Amy end up finding a neuroscientist, who looks more like the female version of Sheldon. Sheldon and Amy start a friendship, which is considered by all as a dating (Howard and Raj dubbed them Shamy), a fact denied by Sheldon several times: "She is a girl, who's my friend, but she is not my-please , forgive me for doing this-"girlfriend." in Season 5 Amy manages to get Sheldon to recognize as his girlfriend, even without any physical contact between them, despite the advances of Amy.

Why did you choose this theme?

We chose The Big Bang Theory because is a series in which we identify. It's a lot different from the others and that draws our attention because it portrays the life nerds. What other series portrays life nerds? Only TBBT to do just that!

The eternal Charlie Brown

The eternal Charlie Brown and Chorão (Alexandre Magno, in memory)

I chose to talk about a Brazilian band that, like me, has thousands of fans all over the world. I will introduce this band while doing a tribute by the difference it makes in my life. This band is Charlie Brown JR that was a Brazilian rock band, from the city of Santos, São Paulo.
Chorão (Alexandre Magno Abrão) went to São Paulo with seventeen. At that time he showed interest in rock and skateboarding. The songs are critical to society in view mode himself. He started singing by chance when he was in a bar and had to replace a singer. An audience member asked him to be a singer of his band.
He came to met Champignon formed the band What's Up. After a time meeting and inviting others to the band they formed the Charlie Brown. The group's sound was influenced by groups like Sublime and Bad Brains mixing hardcore, skate and reggae. Charlie has released 11 albums during 21 years of career.

Chorão (Alexandre Magno Abrão), Champignon (Heitor Gomes), Thiago Castanho, Marcão and Bruno Graveto always been present in the band. Others were passing as: Renato Pelado (1992-2005) and André Ruas (the famous "Pinguim" in 2005-2008)

The first album was Transpiração Contínua Prolongada with the success "Proibida pra mim"

I have chosen to speak because Charlie is a band that made a difference in the lives of many people. Many songs describe facts of life. Many touch the hearts of people (this is the meaning of the song). This band will stay forever in the hearts of all. Despite all the problems, Chorão was a man of unusual character.

The CBJR won many awards and today is in memory of all the fans who are passionate about the band.
Unfortunately, Chorão (vocalist and founder of the band) died on March 6, 2013 in his apartment. He died of an overdose of cocaine and alcohol. The band's name was changed to The Banker, preserving the memory of the founder.

This was the last song made by him before his death.

Many tributes were made by fans as the video shows. Here is my tribute. "All that is good lasts long enough to become unforgettable," as he says in one of his letters.

    Lily Allen

    Lily Allen

    About her

Lily Rose Beatrice Cooper is English, an actress and an artist. Her first song that was a hit was "Smile" on MySpace. Lily went to college for music but can't play any instruments. Her second studio album It's Not Me, It's You, saw a genre shift, having more of an electropop feel, rather than the ska and reggae influences of the first one.

I really like Lily Allen, as in her songs she criticizes everything she wants. She doesn't care the media and speaks what she wants when she wants. Musics like "Him" and "F*ck you" are my favorite.

    Him

These days she isn't so famous and so doesn't do new music. She has only two albums, It's not me, it's you and Alright, Still.

Who'd Have Known is dedicated to Elton John, friend of the singer.

    Ranger's Apprentice

            Ranger's Apprentice

    Curiosities:

It is a series written by the australian John Flanagan. Originally, John wrote Rangers to encourage his son, Michael, to read. Will, the main character of the book, is based on Michael. The boy was a child and all your friends were larger and stronger than him, as well as Will at the beginning of the story. John wanted to show his son that, to be a hero, you don't need strength or size, only courage and skill. The result was a medieval series engaging, consisting of 10 books:

Ranger's Apprentice - Ruins of Gorlan

Ranger's Apprentice – The Burning Bridge

Ranger's Apprentice – The Icebound Land

    Ranger's Apprentice – Oakleaf Bearers

Ranger's Apprentice – The Sorcerer of the North

Ranger's Apprentice – The Siege of Macindaw

    Ranger's Apprentice – Erak's Ransom

Ranger's Apprentice – The Kings of Clonmel

    Ranger's Apprentice – Halt's Peril

    Ranger's Apprentice – The Emperor of Nihon-Ja

    Brazilian covers:

Rangers tells the story of a boy named Will, who is orphaned. He lived in the Kingdom of Araluen and dreamed of being a brave and strong warrior as he imagined that his father had been. Will never know his father, but he was sure that he was as well. Will lived, along with other orphans, in Castle Redmont, where they were protected from Baron Arald until they completed 15 years when they would come ' the day of choice '. This was the day that Will and his friends, Horace, Alyss, Jenny and George auditioned to become apprentices in various trades of their respective masters. However, Will was unable to go to the School of War, which he dreamed of going.

And it was on that day that Will's life had changed. He met Halt, the Archer of the Kingdom of Araluen, known for his great talent. People imagined Halt as a scary man and sorcerer, so that their deeds were unbelievable. Halt invited Will become his apprentice archer, and he, at first for lack of choice, accepted.
But he barely knew that this choice would change his life forever.

With Halt, Will learned how to handle the bow, knives, and learned the techniques of the archers. He won a horse named Tug and departed, along with his new master, for many adventures.

In the first book, Will be accompanied by Halt and Gilan, the former apprentice of Halt, on a mission which is to arrest the criminals and prevent the assassination of the King of Araluen. With your skills, Will manages to save the King and the Baron. And so wins the Bronze Oak Leaf, the medal that proves that now he is officially an apprentice archer.

In other books, Will, Halt, and the sometimes, Horace, followed adventures to end the evil that existed in the Kingdom of Araluen, and even in other kingdoms. One of the villains that Will and Halt won was Morgarath.

Morgarath was the Lord of the Mountains of Rain and Night, whom for 15 years, gathered an army to destroy the Araluen. Will, Horace and Gilan faced and won Morgarath in the second book.

Next to Halt, Will remain for many years, until it became a real Archer in Corporation of the archers. And even after that, it continues alongside his old mentor. Halt and Will have created a relationship of affection such that Will was like the son that Halt never had, and Halt was the father that Will also did not have.

The tenth and final book in the series has now been released, however, there is evidence that there will still be more books and news about the series. John, at the request of fans, wrote a book that fills spaces of history and things that have been forgotten in the books.

Rumors indicate that a film about Rangers is being created, with the title of Ranger's Apprentice - The Movie. The film was scheduled for 2011, but it is believed that, by problems in the financing of the film, its release was postponed. Paul Haggis, Oscar-winning writer-director is responsible for the movie and he is still committed to it.

Deborah and I decided to make our Fandom of Rangers because this is a series that we both like very much, and that is not as popular as Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, The Lord of the Rings, Narnia or The Hunger Games, at least, here in Brazil. So, we decided to make this work so that more people know the series and maybe becoming interested, reading and falling like happened to us.
